Emotion Regulation with Gentle Yoga: Click the title to read about this 8 week psychoeducation group which blends lecture, discussion and gentle yogic breath and movement. Through yoga we develop the skill of mindfulness. Being mindful, living each moment with greater awareness and clarity, is an invaluable tool for self-acceptance, making desired changes, and living life more fully. Mindfulness is one of many skills we will be exploring and practicing.
Yoga groups of no more than 4 people: Small individually tailored yoga groups. Bring your friends and have a yoga experience that suits your group.
